Do you think of great ideas, only to forget them later?
Scripture: And you shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates Deuteronomy 11:20).
Today's ThoughtAll ideas have value, and some may be worth a lot of money for your business. But if you can't remember your best ideas, you may miss some great opportunities. Develop the habit of writing down all new thoughts in your planner, a notebook, or on a slip of paper.
Sort your ideas by topics for easy reference and retrieval. Then create an idea file to store everthing. Don't worry about the form of the file as much as creating and using the system.
Schedule time each month to look over your ideas. Reading back through old thoughts might trigger even more ideas. Some you can use now, some will have to wait until later, and others you may discard. The important thing is that you keep track of your ideas so they don't slip away.
"Bind them on your fingers; write them on the tablet of your heart." - Proverbs 7:3
